علائم بروز این عارضه اغلب خیلی ناگهانی یا دو هفته پس از یک سرما خوردگی، عفونت گوش یا عفونت چشم ممکن است ظاهر شود. حتی ممکن است یک روز صبح از خواب بیدار شوید ببنید که علائم این عارضه را دارید یا هنگام خوردن غذا یا نوشیدن هرچیزی متوجه آن شوید.

فلج بلز باعث می شود که چهره یک فرد حالت پژمرده به خود گیرد یا آن شخص دیگر توانایی باز کردن یا بستن چشم خود را نداشته باشد. این عارضه در موارد خیلی نادر در دو طرف صورت رخ می دهد.

فلج بلز دارای علائم دیگری هم نیز می باشد که رایج ترین آن ها شامل موارد زیر می شود:

  • خشکی دهان
  • خشکی چشم
  • سر درد
  • احساس گرفتگی عضلات صورت
  • عدم توانایی باز و بسته کردن چشم
  • عدم توانایی لبخند زدن یا اخم کردن
  • احساس ضعف در صورت
  • آبریزش بینی
  • قدرت چشایی فرد کاهش می یابد.
  • احساس درد در برخی نقاط سر و گردن مانند فک و قسمت بیرونی گوش
  • احساس سوزش چشم ها
  • ایجاد حساسیت به صدا

اگر متوجه این علائم در خود شدید حتما در اسرع وقت به پزشک متخصص مراجعه کنید. درست است که با بروز این علائم می توان به وجود آن پی برد اما تشخیص این عارضه نباید بر عهده خود بیمار باشد. زیرا علائم این عارضه شبیه سکته مغزی یا تومور مغزی می باشد؛ به همین خاطر تشخیص قطعی آن باید توسط متخصص صورت گیرد.

علل بروز فلج بلز

اصلی ترین علت بروز این عارضه هنگامی است که به عصب جمجمه هفتم آسیب و فشار وارد شود. با بروز این آسیب عضلات و عصب های صورت ضعیف و در نهایت منجر به فلج شدن آن می شود. اما لازم به ذکر است که دقیق ترین علت بروز این عارضه در انسان ها مشخص نشده است. برخی از متخصصات و محققان با توجه به بررسی هایی که انجام داده اند به این نتیجه رسیده اند که علت بروز این اتفاق، عفونت ویروسی است.

  • بیماری لایم یا عفونت باکتریایی می باشد که عامل بروز آن وجود آکنه های آلوده است.
  • وجود بیماری سارکوئیدوز: این بیماری می توان موجب التهاب در ارگان ها و قسمت های مختلف بدن شود.
  • وجود ویروس هرپس زوستر: این ویروس می تواند موجب ابتلا فرد به آبله مرغان و زونا شود.
  • وجود ویروس هرپس سیمپلکس: وجود این ویروس می تواند منجر به ایجاد تبخال شود.
  • وجود ویروس Epstein-Barr: وجود این ویروس در بدن انسان منجر به بروز بیماری بوسه یا همان مونونوکلئوز شود.

موارد زیر می تواند جزو عوامل خطر زا این عارضه به حساب آیند.

  • بارداری
  • وجود برخی بیماری ها مانند دیابت
  • عفونت ریه

اغلب افرادی که به این عارضه مبتلا می شوند با گذراندن دوران درمان خود دچار عوارضی نمی شوند اما باید بدانید که این مشکل می تواند عوارضی برای فرد داشته باشد که برخی از رایج ترین آن ها عبارت از:
