بسیاری افراد بنابر دلایل مختلف دچار درد گردن می شوند که این عارضه در بیشتر مواقع به دلیل عادت های اشتباه زندگی مانند نحوه نادرست نشستن، خوابیدن و… می باشد.

یکی از عارضه هایی که باعث ایجاد درد در ناحیه گردن می شود آرتروز گردن Arthritis in the  Neck  است که شامل گردن سفت و دردناک می باشد. این عارضه  ممکن است به دلایل مختلفی بروز نماید و نسبتا شایع است.

آرتروز گردن

مفاصل بین مهره ای استخوان هایی هستند که در دو طرف ستون مهره ها را بر روی هم نگه می دارد و التهاب این مفاصل می تواند موجب درد و ناراحتی شود که به اصطلاح به آن آرتروز گر دن و یا پشت گفته می شود .

دیسک ها و مفاصل گردن مانند سایر اعضای بدن، به دلیل فرسودگی تحلیل می روند که این امر سبب ایجاد آرتروز گردن می شود. آرتروز عارضه ای است که بر اثر تخریب غضروف، موجب درد و محدودیت حرکت در مفاصل می شود .

هنگامی که ارتفاع دیسک بین مهره ای کم می شود، فاصله بین مهره ها نیز کم شده که باعث تنگی سوراخ بین مهره ای و اعمال فشار بر ریشه های اعصاب می گردد. با اعمال فشار بر ریشه های عصب علائمی مثل: درد، خشکی و گرفتگی در عضلات گردن و شانه، بی حسی، خواب رفتگی، درد و گز گز در بازو ودست، سوزش بین دو کتف، سرگیجه و درد در ناحیه پس سر ایجاد می شود.

آرتروز گردن

درمان بر حسب نوع درد، باعث کاهش احتمال آسیب دائمی و کمک به بیمار برای گذراندن یک زندگی طبیعی می شود. در صورتی که در آرتروز گردن تخریب کامل دیسک رخ نداده باشد، درمان غیر از جراحی  تجویز می شود.

 علائم ابتلا به آرتروز گردن

همان طور که پیش تر گفته شد، آرتروز در گردن شایع است، علائم آرتروز گردن در افراد مختلف متفاوت است. این عارضه ممکن است در عموم افراد، با هیچ علائم و یا نشانه ای همراه نباشد. اما با این حال شایع ترن نشانه آرتروز گردن احساس در در ناحیه گردن می باشد به وری که هنگامی که علائم آرتروز گردن رخ می دهد ، به طور معمول درد و سفتی در گردن احساس می شود که این علائم از خفیف تا شدید متغیر است.

به طور کلی  آرتروز گردن ممکن است با علائم و نشانه های زیر همراه باشد:

  • سردرد
  • سر و صدا یا احساس خرد شدن هنگام چرخاندن گردن
  • اسپاسم عضلات در گردن و شانه ها
  • مشکل در راه رفتن

  • بی حسی و ضعف در بازو ها
  • درد ،سوزش و صدای مهره های گردن
  • مشکل دربلع غذا (آرتروز پیشرفته )
  • سفت و خشک شدن گردن هنگام چرخاندن سر
  • سردرد های پشت سر

همچنین لازم به ذکر است که رادیکولوپاتی و میلوپاتی دو نوع دیگر از علائم شایعی است که در افراد مبتلا به آرتروز گردن ایجاد می شود.

رادیکولوپاتی بر ریشه عصب نخاعی تأثیر می گذارد. که با علائمی مانند درد ، ضعف ، بی حسی و یا احساس گزگز در اندام را ایجاد می کند.

میلوپاتی نیز یک روند بیماری آرتروز محسوب می شود که بر نخاع تأثیر می گذارد و با گذشت زمان به آرامی ظاهر می شود که با علائمی همچون: فشرده شدن ریشه عصب نخاع، رادیکولوپاتی، درد، ضعف، بی حسی و یا احساس گزگز در اندام همراه است.

دلایل ابتلا به آرتروز گردن

یکی از دلایل شایع ابتلا به این عارضه عادت های اشتباه زندگی است. پشت میز نشینی و سبک زندگی موبایلی را می توان از دلایل تقریبا بی درمان این عارضه حساب کرد. همچنین کشیدگی و درد در ناحیه مهره های گردن به دلیل ساییدگی شان از دیگر دلایل ایجاد آرتروز است.

دیگر دلایل  ایجاد آرتروز گردن شامل موارد زیر می شود

  • خم نگه داشتن گردن در هنگام کار با موبایل
  • رانندگی به مدت زیاد
  • حمل بار سنگین
  • نشستن با گردن و کمر خمیده
  • زمینه های ژنتیکی

راه های جلوگیری از ابتلا به آرتروز گردن

همانطور که پیش از این گفته شد سبک نادرست زندگی و عادات های اشتباه از شایع ترین دلایل ایجاد این عارضه می باشد. بنابراین توصیه می گردد برای جلوگیری از آرتروز گردن نکات زیر رعایت شود :

  • درست نشستن (در هنگام کتاب خواندن، کاربا موبایل و رایانه و…)
  • ورزش
  • استفاده از بالش های مناسب
  • استفاده از هر دو شانه برای حمل کیف یا بار
  • جلوگیری از استرس شدید
  • ماساژ گردن
  • عدم مصرف دخانیات

درمان آرتروز در گردن

در بیشتر موارد ، درمان آرتروز گردن بدون جراحی است.  گزینه های درمانی متعددی برای این بیماری وجود دارد که براساس تشخیص پزشک و نوع بیماری تجویز می گردند.

روش های درمانی آرتروز گردن شامل موارد زیر می شود:

  • فیزیوتراپی
  • درمان های خانگی آرتروز در گردن
  •  جراحی آرتروز

در برخی موارد پزشک ممکن است برای رفع درد ناشی از آرتروز گردن فیزیوتراپی را تجویز کند تمرينات در فيزيوتراپي بر روي تقويت عضلات پشت و گردن متمركز است كه باعث فشار كمتري بر ساختارهاي ستون فقرات گردني مي شود.

درمان های دستی و فیزیوتراپی در روند این درمان بسیار کمک می کند و در بسیاری از بیماران این درد با کمک فیزیوتراپی و تمرینات دستی کنترل می گردد .

یکی از عمده راه های درمان این عارضه، درمان خانگی می باشد. برای بهود این عارضه و کاهش احساس درد می بایست با فعالیت بدنی منظم در خانه و ترک عادات های نادرست زندگی از جمله نحوه نادرست نشستن، خوابیدن و… به تسکین درد و بهبود این عارضه پرداخت.

همچنین تغییر حالت بدن، کمپرس یخ غیر مستقیم ، موقعیت مناسب گردن در حین تماشای مانیتور، ترک سیگار از مواردی است که به روند بهبودی کمک می کند.

هدف در درمان آرتروز گردن این است که تا جای ممکن از عمل جراحی امتناع شود بیماری که به این درد مبتلا می باشد تا جایی که امکان دارد توصیه می گردد به عمل جراحی روی نیاورد و با کمک تمرینات و یا جلسات فیزیوتراپی این درد را کنترل و از بین ببرد . از این رو جراحی معمولاً آخرین روش برای درمان آرتروز گردن است. و زمانی استفاده می شود که سایر روش های درمانی جواب گو نباشد. اگر آرتروز باعث بی ثباتی یا مهمتر از همه ، تخریب اعصاب و یا نخاع شود ، ممکن است به جراحی نیاز باشد.
